CONVERIONS WE OFFER
	*Stage 1 conversions are available for most petrol and diesel vehicles.* This is most definitely our best value for money conversion with a fantastic improvement in lowdown torque and all round power gains. In most cases there will be a noticeable improvement in fuel consumption. Our exhaust systems are manufactured in-house from the best quality stainless steel. Decibel tests are performed ensuring conservative sound outputs. Electronic optimisation is either achieved by unichipping, chipping or just simply mechanicall tuning. All our stages include a performance air filter either K&N or BMC. These filters are never replaced but are serviceable. Filter installation depends on availablity. All conversions are backed by Load Dyno results. Although we are conservative with our percentage perfromance gains substantially higher imrpovements can be expected on some vehicles. This applies to the majority of our conversions.

	All in stage 1 plus major performance work done on cylinder head(s). The cylinder heads are Gas flowed (Ported), three angle valve seats and an increase in compression ratio. We only use the best quality top gasket sets, cambelts where applicable, new cylinder head bolts where applicable. All Cylinder work also includes new service parts.

	All in stage 1.5 as well as either reprofiled or replacement cam shafts. The cam shaft lift and duration will differ depending on the vehicle or confirmation on customer requirements. In some instances the stage 2 conversion will also include a vernier cam gear. This allows us to optimise the cam timing. (Most modern vehicles have adjustable cam sprockets and do not need to be replaced.

	These performance increases depend very much on the type and size of engine manufacturer. Please note that this conversion is not at this stage, available for any four cylinder engine !!! This conversions consists of the installation of a Vortech supercharger in either V1 (Straight cut gears mostly used for higher boost.) or V2 (Helical cut gears used for lower boost application and signaficantly quiter operation) trim. In certian applications the engine is opened and is decrompressed (Compression Ratio Lowered) In most cases an air to air intercooler is installed as well as bigger injectors, additional fuel pump and rising rate fuel regulators. All conversions also include our stainless steel performance exhaust system. Engine Electronics on all supercharged conversions are totally reprogrammed by either Unichipping or chipping of the ECU (Electronic Control Unit).

	We specialise in either bolt-on or tailormade conversions. These conversions are customer requirement related. This needs significant interaction between us and you as the client to better understand what you would like and what we can offer.

	On certain vehicles we are able to offer brake upgrades and these mostly include either AP or Brembo, four or six piston brake calipers. All conversions include new larger diameter brake disks which are vented and are directional. Brake anchors and bells are CAD designed and are manufactured from B51 aircraft ally or other stronger materials depending on application. In most instances teflon braided brake pipes are fitted with racing brake fluid.

	Only best suspension kits are utilised on these installations. Installations could include merely coil springs or right up to a complete coilover with height damp and rebound adjustments. Please contact us for advise and info.
