The working principle of this dynamic package has been totally designed on CAD (Computer Aided Design). The units are manufactured with the highest quality carbon fibre in a scientific environment and is then cured in an Autoclave.
The intake and outlet caps ar manufactured from die cast aluminium and are then finished on an NC machine. These are then covered in a matt black powder coating.
The filter element is a BMC cone type filter. This filter has a lifetime guarantee and is merely cleaned at normal service intervals and not disposed of.
Our kits all come with a stainless steel strap to secure it with. All nuts and bolts are also of the highest quality stainless steel
Our kits come in two versions:
Versions 1 is the carbon induction kit only.
Versions two includes the aircraft silicone hosing, reinforced piping as well as two ally air intakes. These intakes are manufactured from B51 aircraft ally and are mounted in the high pressure area of the front bumper.
Several dyno tests have been completed and extremely positive results have been obtained. Although high increases in performance results have been obtained on the dyno, even more increases are achieved when the car is in motion as the air is then forced into the bumper intakes
